 Configuring the ctypes module fails with libfaketime enabled due to the
 sanity check failing. Unfortunately, the modules are configured during the
 make process and we need libfaketime for that one to get a reproducible
 Python. There are a bunch of options here:

 1) Apply libfaketime only to the commands that insert timestamps (let's
 assume we figure that out; the Bitcoin people are doing that)
 2) Get rid of the custom Python build. We needed that only for Ubuntu
 Lucid which shipped with a far too old Python version. The one in Wheezy
 (2.7.3) is okay for the time being.
 3) Don't care about Python being not reproducible like we don't care about
 GCC being reproducible for now.
