 On November 18th Andreas sent a notice that dannenberg's v3ident was
 changing to 0232AF901C31A04EE9848595AF9BB7620D4C5B2E. This isn't yet
 reflected in config.c...

 Seems config.c should definitely be updated, but perhaps this is surfacing
 the current woes?
