Comment:

 This code already uses addr_policy_append_reject_addr, it does not suffer
 from the issue in #17762.

 It is ok to merge bug17027-reject-private-026-v4 into maint-0.2.6.

 Please note that the code differs slightly from what's in 0.2.7 and
 master, because we didn't backport new utility functions and refactoring
 to 0.2.6.
