 I also pushed some changes based on Karsten's rephist.c review to both
 netflow_padding-squashed and netflow_padding-squashed2. I force-pushed
 netflow_padding-squashed2 so that it remains a single diff, but kept the
 history in netflow_padding-squashed. Both branches should be identical in
 delta.
