 Well, if indeed Tor is exiting, then you can guess it is not listening on
 the port anymore. :)

 Why is Tor trying to open its dnsport before it configures its logs? Oh,
 because it wants to still have root privs when opening listener ports, and
 it wants to have dropped its privs by the time it opens its logs? That's
 compelling I think.
