 Just an idea: Maybe we should add an additional column to seperate hosts
 from ISP's?

 Because the people browsing these pages have different goals

 * Home user trying to check whether or not running a tor relay on his home
 connection is fine
 * Power user looking to rent a server / VPS for running tor services
