 Hmm... which Tor Browser are you testing this with? Do you have an example
 URL where this is happening? I just used the 5.0 candidate and I only see
 one download for e.g. https://s3.amazonaws.com/disconnect-
 images/images/search/get-premium-protection-home.png.
