 Hello nickm!

 I reviewed your patch. It's quite a simple change (it basically just
 changes `dirserv_router_get_status()` to take a log severity level, rather
 than always logging everything at the `LOG_WARN` level. It looks fine to
 me. I also built it and ran `make test`.
