 It appears that there's an accounting at lists.torproject.org list, with zero
 members on it? I just sent mail to it and it got accepted but apparently
 went nowhere.

 If this is true, we should remove this list, yes?

 There is, separately, an alias called accounting at tp.o, which we should
 leave in place.
