 If I wanted to setup a Tor bridge with the latest obfuscation is there an
 easy way to do it? Can I set it up somewhere other than Amazon's Virginia
 servers? I really need a step by step that's up to date. In other words if
 today I go to amazon and create an ec2 instance I need directions that
 will work. Thanks
