Comment (by dcf):

 Error 10060 is "connection timed out." It looks like google.com and
 gmail.com are blocked for you. That means that flashproxy-reg-appspot and
 flashproxy-reg-email will not work.

 It looks like the fallback flashproxy-reg-http worked. But you did not
 receive any connections from a flash proxy. Did you set up port forwarding
 according to [[FlashProxyHowto]]?
