 Here is a mockup of the simple solution (we simply added a large text
 label to the right of the Tor Browser logo).  Comments?  I think it would
 be helpful to add this, although it is too late for Tor Browser 4.5 due to
 localization constraints.

 I suggest using just two different titles for the 4 screens: "Tor Bridges
 Configuration" and "Local Proxy Configuration" (each title would be used
 twice), but I am open to other suggestions.
