Comment:

 Great!  Made arma and wseltzer the new owners of tor-directors and updated
 tor-exec to include wseltzer as moderator.  Sent passwords to arma and
 wseltzer in encrypted mail.  Let's create new tickets for the other lists
 mentioned above, assuming we want to change ownership.  Resolving.
