 Can we decide whether this is bad and we need to fix it or not warn about
 it? I get up to
 [warn] Unexpected sendme cell from client. Closing circ (window 1000). [60
 similar message(s) suppressed in last 600 seconds]
 in my logs (0.2.5.8-rc), which seems like a good way to get a lot of
 useless bug reports.
