Comment:

 We contributed Arabic as the first right-to-left language translation to
 Instantbird.  We submitted [https://hg.instantbird.org/l10n/ar/ all
 relevant translation files upstream] by September 29, 2014.  Sherief was
 working on this task.  That concludes this task.
