 In the last days I thought about a possibility to send mail notifications
 if a (maybe configurable) loglevel is firing.
 I.e.
 If
 Mail_Notification_Level = error (written in the config)
 then ARM should send this message via email to the given address (written
 in config too.

 This would enhance the ability to monitor your relay and to be up-to-date
 with every error that occured.
