 - Visiting this link
 http://img.hailocab.com.s3.amazonaws.com/images/NYC/email/email_logo.jpg
 will show an error message if the Amazon Web Services ruleset is enabled.
 - Visiting the link after disabling the ruleset shows the correct image.

 In the first scenario, the browser is redirected to
 https://s3.amazonaws.com/img.hailocab.com/images/NYC/email/email_logo.jpg
 and displays the error message attached to this ticket.


 Not sure if it's a configuration error on Hailo's side or if the ruleset
 needs to be fixed to accommodate these correct configurations. I can
 report this to Hailo if it's a problem on their end. Please clarify.
