 Hi arguggi. I've seen this only once before, from Jake's relay. The
 trouble was that the on-disk log file was screwed up but we never sorted
 out why. That said though, arm definitely needs to be more defensive about
 what it reads from disk. I'll keep this ticket open to remind myself of
 that but be warned that the next release is a long ways off (about a
 year).

 Deleting the malformed log file or moving it out of the way should do the
 trick. Alternatively you should be able to set...

 features.log.prepopulate false

 ... in a text file and run 'arm --config that_file' to have arm avoid
 this.
