 Dear Globe/Atlas Developers,

When I used Atlas today with JavaScript turned off, it didn't respond, and
didn't give me any errors or any feedback (like "turn JavaScript on").

I've since learnt that Atlas/Globe are written in Node.js.

I've also heard that the Tor Browser is moving towards JavaScript being
off by default (or, at the very least, one of 3-4 security level options).

Are there options for making Atlas/Globe work without
 client-side JavaScript?
Can we teach Atlas/Globe to ask for JavaScript when it's disabled?
