 Right now we have a donations at tp.o aliases, which is where all the paypal,
 amazon, etc donation receipts go, and it's also where we tell relay
 operators to mail when they want to claim a tshirt.

 We should separate these roles so the tshirt mails and the paypal
 donations don't need to go to the same place. Then we can add a pile of
 people to help handle tshirt requests, without having to wonder why all of
 them are getting copies of all our donor information.

 In particular, I've asked mttp if he would sign up to be this pile of
 people :) and he has said yes.

 And once we have this alias, we should change the tshirt page and the Tor
 weather text to point people to the new address.
