Comment:

 I think this new proxy filter API is a decent approach, and would be
 useful to many other projects. We should rebase it to Firefox31 and
 mozilla-central and try to get Mozilla to review it, especially for e10s
 support/performance.

 Note: I have not given it a thorough review for correctness/safety yet. I
 figure we should see what Mozilla thinks about the approach first.
