Comment:

 Ok, I added #8405 to our tor patches, and merged this into Torbutton. Nice
 work, by the way. I like your approach for handling the control port, too.

 We do need to be careful in the future with the URLs we display in the
 'more info' window, because we also want to avoid XUL XSS. I'll also note
 this in the future work ticket.
