 weasel and I discussed this on IRC.  The outcome is that there's now a
 tiny VM that builds static web content which will be distributed to static
 mirrors.  The idea is that weasel has to take care of fewer Apaches.

 weasel, please `apt-get install openjdk-6-jdk ant`.
