 Hmm, I think I'd prefer a tiny VM.  We'll need quite a few packages for
 building the (static) consensus-health content, which shouldn't all be
 installed on a box that is used to build other content.  I also don't
 expect the consensus-health page to get many page hits per day, so
 distributing it to static mirrors is not necessary.
