 different order):

   -- how to adjust log levels (regarding logback)
  -- how to turn logging on and off (regarding logback)
  -- point to the logback documentation
  -- point to slf4j documentation and how-tos about switching to other
 slf4j implementations.

 * Add logging format advice to the contributor documentation.
