 The current protocol list is:

 [Top protocols, shown by default]

 - Google Talk
 - Facebook Chat
 - Twitter
 - Yahoo!

 ["Show all protocols"; the user has to click "Next" before these are
 shown]

 - IRC
 - XMPP
 - Odnoklassniki

 The Instantbird code says that exceeding four protocols under the top
 protocols list may cause scrolling. So what all protocols should come
 under the "top protocols"? IRC, XMPP, Facebook Chat, Google Talk? (And as
 a side note, should we stick to the four protocols limit?)
