Comment:

 Okay, I got the Jetty branch successfully running on a mirror.  I made
 more tweaks in
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/karsten/onionoo.git/shortlog/refs/heads/task-13089
 my ​task-13089 branch].

 Things to do before merging into master:
  - Agree that today's commits should be merged, and if not, tweak them.
  - Decide whether to update the Vagrant setup to make it as similar to the
 Jetty-based production environment as possible, and then update it.
  - Decide whether we should suggest logging paths in INSTALL or not.
  - Consider configuring a request log.
  - Ideally squash all changes since branching off master into a single
 commit with a nice new commit message.
