Comment (by teor):

 The assert that arma mentions may have been fixed by the changes in #13163
 to ensure we check the BRIDGE_DIRINFO flag bitwise rather than using
 equality (this broke matching in some cases where microdescriptor flags
 were set/unset):

 But I haven't actually seen it happen with the old code, so I can't be
 sure it was that particular fix that did it.
