 Definitely time new time for a new fteproxy stable.

 - Currently in the TBB is 0.2.14.
 - Latest stable is 0.2.18.
 - I'll do a 0.2.19, which will be 0.2.18 + the above fixes.

 I'll open a new ticket for this.
