 I tried multiple downloading Tor onto a memory stick and launching it from
 there. Every time I try, a dialogue box will open stating Tor has stopped
 working and if I want to close the program or search online for a solution
 then close the program. When I try to search, the window closes and
 nothing happens.

 I am running IE 11, have Norton antivirus and firewall installed. I am
 sorry, I am not sure what version of Tor it is. I think it is the latest
 Tor bundle.
