Comment:

 I am closing this ticket since with the alpha bundles, we are distributing
 Tor Launcher, Tor, and related components. There may be other small
 changes required, but for such changes, we will be opening individual
 tickets.

 There may be other cosmetic changes required such as the branding of Tor
 Launcher for Tor Messenger, and that is covered by #13322.
