 Hhm, a log file at level debug gave me over a time frame of 20 seconds :

 tor-relay /var/log/tor # grep -c 'TLS error' debug.log
 12

 tor-relay /var/log/tor # egrep -c 'misc error\) for' debug.log
 90

 Does this help to narrow down this issue ?
 Furthermore how many IOERROR are common ?
