Comment:

This isn't the appropriate place for technical support, and nothing in
your description indicates any bugs. Closing.

 > [notice] Configuration file
 "/usr/local/bufferlhouse/tor-0.2.5.10/etc/tor/torrc" not present, using
 reasonable defaults.

Is there a config file at
 `/usr/local/bufferlhouse/tor-0.2.5.10/etc/tor/torrc`? Your tor binary
apparently thinks there is not (Check permissions as well).

 > [notice] We weren't able to find support for all of the TLS
ciphersuites that we wanted to advertise. This won't hurt security, but it
might make your Tor (if run as a client) more easy for censors to block.
 > [notice] To correct this, use a more recent OpenSSL, built without
disabling any secure ciphers or features.

This is likewise caused exactly by what the log message reports. Your
system's OpenSSL is missing ciphersuites that are expected to be present
(tls1.h from Openssl 0.9.8zc is missing all of the TLS v1.2 suites).
