 I believe the issue has been fixed on Shadow's end
 [https://github.com/shadow/shadow-plugin-
 tor/commit/5d036144597a4b37c9079b406207f6f62919bb9f in this commit]. I
 have simulations running now on Andrea's
 cmux_refactor_configurable_threshold branch.
