 Back in #9812, we added more logging, which is now being triggered by the
 dirauths. Unfortunately, the message is pretty useless, it produces
 warnings like this on the dirauths:
 {{{
 [warn] router info incompatible with extra info (reason: Extrainfo
 published time did not match routerdesc)
 }}}
 without any further information, this isn't actionable. It'd be much
 better to know which routerdesc and ei are actually a part of the problem,
 and the exact times that the descriptors we're looking at are claiming.

 I'm not calling this a regression because it's a new log message for an
 issue that existed previously, but dirauth ops are confused by this.
