 The code in Torbutton that links the third party security tracking UI to
 updating 'network.thirdparty.isolate' assumed that the latter pref was a
 bool. It's an int.

 The consequences of this are mostly that you'd be unable to disable third
 party isolation through the UI (as the exception was caught silently and
 ignored).
