 When there are missing data at one end of a date range, for example when a
 relay was down in the recent past, the graphs (for example the bandwidth
 graph) show empty space at the right edge of the graph. But the slider
 underneath seems to use the rightmost data point as the right-hand limit.

 For example,
 https://globe.torproject.org/#/bridge/231E2DE81DC4314F2035D2C0D0D043A425FF8999
 Click on "1 year". The bandwidth graph goes right up to the present, but
 the slider goes only to September 12, the last time the relay was running.

 The effect is that corresponding points on the graph and in the slider do
 not line up vertically.

 I think this is different than #11389, because that one is marked as
 fixed, even though the description sounds similar.
