 The analysis that brade and I did indicates that helper.exe is used after
 an update to fix up the Windows Registry.  I don't think this is something
 we need or want for TBB, so we plan to patch updater.cpp to not call
 LaunchWinPostProcess() and therefore not exec helper.exe.
