 We're not going to burn it of so as long as you're putting sugar into your
 bloodstream your body's not going to be metabolizing fat because it has
 all the sugar in your blood stream that it needs to burn like yesterday it
 wants to get rid of it really quickly so if you want your body to be
 metabolizing fat you have to give your body in opportunity to not have a
 bunch of sugar in its blood stream is as long as you have a lot of sugar
 in your blood stream you're not going to be metabolizing fat it just
 doesn't make sense for your body to do that your body won't do it it's not
 that is trained to do that but just the functioning of your body is that
 if their sugar in your blood stream that's what it's going to burn first
