 Every New Identity try could be last for user. New Identity today is about
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/9521 memleak],
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/9531 hang],
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/11783 alert] and crash.

 Need to create warning message box on every New Identity shoot, user
 should to understand dangerous of today code and have ability to return
 back without harm.

 Some possible text: "Current code of browser buggy and broken by design,
 and code of extension can't to prevent catastrophic malfunctions. Browser
 can to show different alerts, hang, OOM crash, and just to crash without
 reasons. Are you sure want to continue?"
