 it tells me my advertised bandwidth is "199.71 KB/s".

 Somebody out there will think you obviously mean bits. No amount of
 capitalizing the B will make this person hesitate.

 The best answer we've found is to say "199.71 KBytes/s".

 Also, the graph down below has "k" which I guess means KBytes too?
