Comment:

 Please don't mess with the milestones.  The "024-backport" tag is what
 means "backport this to 0.2.4 when it's done".  All bugfixes for 0.2.4 or
 0.2.3 need to get tested in 0.2.4 (the latest branch) before they can get
 get backported.
