 You mean in the sense of all tickets first arriving in the default queue
 and then possibly being assigned to one of the language queues?  Makes
 sense to change that in the graph.  Probably also makes sense to add a
 short explanation to the report, because I think that's not obvious for
 people reading the report.

 Attached a second version of the graph with some more tweaks.  The tarball
 contains a Git history if you're interested in the changes.
