 I wouldn't mind adding this to Atlas.  I have a fix in branch `bug_11195`:
 {{{
 git clone -b bug_11195 https://git.torproject.org/user/phw/atlas.git
 }}}

 When moving the mouse over the bandwidth value, it now shows a tool tip
 with the three other values.  At this point, the values are converted to
 KB/s or MB/s.  Let me know if you prefer bytes per second.
