 Fixed, went with removing them from ACCEPTABLE_CMDS.  The observed
 behavior is the same since the commands in question were just stubbed out
 to return Command Not Supported anyway.

 No to testing on Windows, dedicated video game box doesn't have a
 development environment on it, sorry.  Works great with managed mode,
 that's primarily how I've been testing it.
