 The option for ORPort bridges need to be included in the dropdown menu.
 ORPort should also be set as the default type. According to
 metrics.torproject.org, ORPort is the most used bridge type by an order of
 magnitude.

 As is, this interface will in effect deprecates ORPort bridges, and there
 is no reason to do that. ORPort bridges are still useful on networks where
 Tor is blocked, but not by an intelligent firewall. Right now there is no
 way for users who already have ORPort bridges that work to use them.

 If ORPort bridges are not included in the dropdown menu, we will have a
 lot of confused users emailing the help desk. The BridgeDB interface makes
 ORPort the default choice for bridges, and the tor-launcher does not let
 you use ORPort at all. Users who don't realize this will enter their
 ORPort bridges as obfs3 bridges, and then will Tor will fail and they
 won't know why.
