Comment (by naif):

At GlobaLeaks we just listed here publicly known users
 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GlobaLeaks#GlobaLeaks_uses while we planned
to implement LeakDirectory as a software (but it maybe useful to do it
together with SecureDrop Directory Authority as a unique platform) in
order to have a list of all installations.

The problem with bookmarks is that someone need to maintain it statically,
keeping the responsibilities of deciding who get into that bookmark, who
didn't get into the bookmark, if it has to be removed why/how/when.

So, regarding placing a bookmark of leaksite into TBB, i think that it
should be something "dynamic", loading list from third party resources and
providing very big disclaimer and warning when accessing it.

Which are the possible liabilities of the Tor Project in going to endorse
(directly hot-linking) a specific leaksite or a specific media by
providing a facilitated access trough it?

IMHO Tor Project should be "agnostic" within the respect of bookmarks part
 of TBB.

So this "facilitated access" must be built in a way that does not bring
the liabilities of discriminating the bookmarked list of URLs.
