 When I hit the bug, bootstraping did not finish. I did get the same
 warnings from Tor though. The only way I could get bootstrap to finish was
 to remove the bundle and start it again (which would of course clear
 cached-descritors). I also noticed that the torrc was missing the
 ClientTransportPlugin lines (but not the bridge lines -- those were still
 there) after first run, which would be consistent with the warnings..
