 13.10 amd64 adding "export GTK_IM_MODULE=xim" after the comments in the
 beginning of "~/.tor-browser-en/INSTALL/start-tor-browser" fixes the
 problem. Maybe it works for all and it is the fasters solution for now to
 add it by default.
