 I don't understand. When applying for visa for business or academic
 meetings, the requester has to  present an invitation letter as part of
 their application. Invitation letters should be provided to the people
 invited for the meeting.

 I don't understand. Are you saying that we should not track that we have
 given invitation letters to the people who needed them? That does not
 imply listing names, just making sure that we do our part for the people
 we invite who need to get visas.
